Due the continued winter storm and dangerous travel conditions, Brimley Area Schools will be closed March 17th, 2026.

Due to the forcasted winter storm, Brimley Schools will be closed Monday, March 16th. Expect low visability, power outages, and dangerous travel conditions.

With continued high winds, and worsening road conditions, Brimley Area Schools will be releasing students at 12:00pm. All after school activites are cancelled.

Unfortunately, we have received a cancellation from Munising for tonight's basketball homecoming game, due to weather and safety concerns. We are currently working hard to find solutions for tonight. Please stay tuned for updates.

We are so proud of our students who competed in today’s Regional Spelling Bee! A huge congratulations to Hendryx Ranta (5th grade), Evelyn Tuomikoski (7th grade), and Millania Ranta (8th grade) who placed to move on to UP State Spelling Bee Finals! Finals will be held in Ishpeming next month. Go Bays! 💙

Breakfast menu change for tomorrow 02/20/2026

For Friday 02/20/2026, Breakfast has been changed to Biscuits and Gravy, smoothies , mixed fruit, juice and milk or milk substitutes.

Due to today’s 2-Hour delay, the elementary bowling trip will be rescheduled for next week.

Good Morning, Due to hazardous roads caused by winds and drifting snow, Brimley Schools will be on a 2 Hour Delay for Thursday, February 19th.

Congratulations to our Brimley students who competed in the CCSS District Spelling Bee on Feb. 4! Brimley had students from each competing grade level (5th-8th) advance to the Regional competition, which will be held on Feb. 18. Good Evening, Due to dangerously cold temperatures and windchills forecasted for tomorrow, Brimley Area Schools will be closed on Friday, January 30th.

Hello Parents and families,

We are currently short staffed on bus drivers for Thursday, January 29th. Both Brimley and Bay Mills Clubs are also closed. We will be joining a few runs together to ensure all students are safely transported home. This may result in delayed drop off times. If your student rides the bus, and you are planning on picking them up from school tomorrow, please contact our office before noon, so we can best adjust our bus routes.

Hi Brimley Parents & Community! The students in Basic Art created art installations for their exams. They did a great job developing meaningful concepts that apply to the school, their peers, and staff.

High School Kitchen Class completed their semester exam with a cake bake off. There were lots of beautiful and creative cakes! The winner was Madison McNamee 😊

Middle School Kitchen Science wrapped up their semester with a chili cook-off. Chili cook-off winners: Alaina Tremblay, Hannah Tremblay and Diem Bowen won the challenge with their "Top Secret" family recipe! The judges said all chilis were good and there was a tie for 2nd/3rd place. The cooking class would like to thank the judges for taking time out of their busy schedules to help us out 😊
